John Ogle
John Ogle is an experienced business attorney and a founding member of Venture Law Partners. His practice focuses on Corporate Law, Business Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Startup Law, Fundraising and Securities, Lending Transactions, Real Estate, Tax, and Estate Planning. He frequently advises startup companies on fundraising, governance, and business transactions. He is experienced in real estate matters and frequently advises developers, brokers, and real estate funds.
John is a cum laude graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law where he studied commercial transactions, taxation, business law, and estate planning. He also served as the Managing Editor of the Arkansas Law Review. Prior to his legal studies, John attended Hendrix College where he played for the men’s basketball and golf programs. He received his Master of Arts in Accounting in 2016 from Hendrix College after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2015.
