John Paul Boyter

John Paul (“JP”) is an experienced business and transactional attorney that regularly represents clients in a range of business transactions.  He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, startup representation, venture capital and private equity transactions, private placements and securities compliance, and general transactional work.  JP assists business clients throughout all stages of a business’s life–from formation, to capital raising and strategic acquisitions, to exit.

JP endeavors to assist his clients with a client-focused approach and strives to handle client matters in a prompt and responsive manner.  He is committed to developing meaningful relationships with his clients that go beyond any single transaction.
