Reese Dollins

Reese Dollins - a founding partner of Venture Law Partners, PLLC - is a seasoned corporate, commercial finance and real estate attorney with extensive experience advising various businesses, startups, individuals and financial institutions on complex legal matters. With a strategic approach and a deep understanding of substantive law, Reese regularly helps clients navigate a range of transactional ventures, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and placement of private securities, fund structuring, real estate acquisitions and financing, debt restructuring and asset based lending transactions.
