Justin Lee
Justin Lee is a business and transactional attorney with extensive experience in real estate, corporate finance, and private equity. His practice spans a wide range of corporate and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, commercial lending, and corporate structuring and governance.
With a strong focus on real estate, Justin regularly advises developers, investors, financial institutions, and contractors on complex transactions involving commercial and residential development, land use and zoning, construction financing, and real estate fund acquisitions. He has worked extensively on structuring and negotiating deals for large-scale developments, mixed-use projects, and industrial sites, as well as navigating regulatory and entitlement processes. His experience also includes representing clients in high-value financing rounds, tax-advantaged investment structures, and private equity-backed real estate transactions.
In addition to his real estate practice, Justin has played a key role in advising clients in industries such as healthcare, technology, and financial services. He has helped structure investment vehicles, navigate private equity and securities regulations, and facilitate strategic acquisitions for growth-oriented businesses.
A native of Arkansas, Justin earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas before obtaining his law degree cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, he was actively involved in the Business Law Society, served as a note and comment editor for the Journal of Food Law & Policy, and held the role of Vice President of the Environmental Law Society.
